Friday's low round belonged to American Cristie Kerr, who made a jump to 8-under to be tied for fourth. First-round leader Juli Inkster shot a 70 to move to 9-under par and in sole possession of third place. But the two leaders shined above all on Friday as Yuri Fudoh and Ji-Yai Shin each shot 68s to improve to 10-under par on the championship. The weekend looks to be an exciting finish to the tournament.
